Our Story: More Than a Burger, It's a Community

In 2010, we—along with a few of our closest friends—had a simple idea: to create a place where the best burger in town meets the coldest beer, and everyone feels like family. After years in the fast-paced restaurant industry, we craved something more authentic. We envisioned a spot where friends and neighbors could gather, relax, and enjoy high-quality food without any pretense. That vision, born from a passion for good food and great company, became BrewBurgers.

From day one, our mission has been to serve food with integrity. We always use fresh, never frozen Ground Angus Chuck and source fresh regional ingredients whenever possible. We roast our own turkey and beef in-house and craft our soups and chili from scratch. It's a commitment to quality that you can taste in every bite, from our legendary Maddy B Burger to our creative, fresh salads. We believe in doing things the right way, not the easy way, and that means no shortcuts and no compromises.

But BrewBurgers is about more than just award-winning food. We don't know which we love more, people or food, so we focus on both. We've cultivated a retro-cool, pet-friendly atmosphere where you can come as you are, whether you're with your family, your friends, or even your dog. It's this focus on community that drives us. We are deeply involved in the Venice community, and we're honored that our parent company, Bacon Brands, was recognized as "Business of the Year" by the Chamber of Commerce in 2021. We strive to make BrewBurgers a place where everyone feels welcome and valued.

With two unique locations—our original spot on Commercial Court and the laid-back BrewBurgers Back Porch on Venice Island—we've created spaces that reflect our love for good times and great food. We're proud to have been voted "Best Burger in Venice" year after year, but we're even more proud of the community that has grown around our tables.
