BrewBurgers started in 2010 with a simple goal—make the best burger in town and pair it with a cold beer. After years of working in the fast-paced restaurant world, we wanted to create something different. A place where friends and families could kick back, enjoy fresh, high-quality food, and feel right at home. So, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work.

Whether it’s our legendary Maddy B Burger, a classic Patty Melt on locally baked marble rye, or one of our specialty sandwiches—like our famous blackened grouper—we serve up big flavors in every bite. Not in the mood for a burger? We’ve got fresh salads, crispy wings, and gluten-free and vegetarian options, too.
A Passion for Quality
From day one, we knew that great food starts with great ingredients. That’s why we hand-pack our burgers, roast our own turkey, beef, and corned beef in-house, and make our soups and chili from scratch. Every sandwich, salad, and burger that comes out of our kitchen is made fresh to order—no shortcuts, no compromises.
